Personal Location Information Processing Policy and Location-Based Service Terms of Use Effective Date: July 31, 2026 Version: 2026-07-31-r1 Location-based service business registration number: 제1345호 Mekong Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) may process personal location information to provide GPS-based location features selected and used by members. This document outlines the standards for the collection, use, storage, and deletion of personal location information, as well as the rights of members. 1. Purpose of Collection and Use The Company uses personal location information to determine a member's region based on their current location and to provide regional member statistics and content usage analysis. The Company does not provide real-time tracking or movement path tracking functions using precise location. 2. Items and Method of Collection 1. One record of accurate latitude and longitude is stored only if the member allows location permissions for the device or browser and separately confirms whether to store accurate GPS coordinates. 2. Information that may be stored together includes region, country code, location accuracy, time of collection, time of consent, and consent version. 3. Even if you do not consent to the storage of accurate GPS, you can set only the region using your current location; in this case, accurate latitude and longitude are not stored. 3. Retention and Usage Period Accurate GPS coordinates are retained until the member directly deletes them from the service screen or withdraws membership. Location settings may be retained until the member changes them or withdraws. They will be deleted without delay once the purpose of retention ceases or consent is withdrawn. 4. Restrictions on Use and Provision The Company does not use personal location information beyond the scope of purposes specified in these Terms and Conditions, nor does it provide it to third parties. However, in cases of separate consent from a member, legal grounds, or urgent reasons for the protection of life, body, or property, the Company may process such matters in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. 5. Member Rights and How to Exercise Them 1. Members may refuse location permissions or revoke location permissions in their device or browser settings at any time. 2. Members may directly delete stored accurate GPS data from the service's location settings screen. Even if deleted, the location settings selected by the member may be retained. 3. Requests for viewing, correcting, deleting, or suspending use regarding the processing of location information may be made via mekongkorea.help@gmail.com. 6. Protective Measures The Company protects personal location information through access control management, protection of transmission segments, access log management, and necessary technical and administrative measures. 7. Changes to Terms These Terms and Conditions may be amended if relevant laws, location functions, or processing standards change, and significant changes will be announced prior to implementation. 8.
